Eavesdrop is my second EP - a collection of songs written in San Luis Obispo, CA and Nashville, TN. Less instrumentally-complex than Taking Off, I wanted these tracks to sound homemade, to capture the raw simplicity of three people standing in a room and just singing together. I chose Eavesdrop as the title because 4 of the 5 songs have nothing to do with my life. They were inspired by the world around me - seeing a girl waiting for a train, overhearing a conversation a table away, or watching another artist perform something with beautiful vulnerability. I am in awe of the situations that unfold around us every day, and once I chose to tune into them I realized there were stories to be told. I hope you find something here that connects with you. Thank you for being part of this project!
